At HED Cycling, we are committed to providing high-performance aerodynamic solutions and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new wheels or components do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and ensure your product is eligible for return.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in the original HED factory packaging, including all skewers, rim strips, and technical documentation to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
