What is the standard lead time for wheel orders?
Most of our performance wheels are hand-built to order. Standard lead times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the specific model and current demand.
How do I determine the correct rim width for my tires?
HED wheels are designed with 'Plus' technology for wider tires. We recommend checking our compatibility chart on the product page to ensure your tire width aligns with the internal rim width for optimal aerodynamics.
What is your return policy for performance components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built wheelsets may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do HED wheels come with a warranty?
Yes, all HED wheels are covered by a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Are your carbon wheels tubeless compatible?
The majority of our current carbon wheel lineup, including the Vanquish and Jet RC series, is tubeless-ready and includes pre-installed rim tape for easy setup.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
